Your main missions
- Be actively involved in recruitment, training and HR administration
- Providing assistance and support to plant employees
- Participate in special HR projects (onboarding, diversity, ....)
The mission will last 12 months, could be extended to 24 months.
Profile
- Master's Degree in business administration or economics with specialization in HR
- Fluent in English, intermediate in German
- First working experience in HR function
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills
