Your role and responsibilities

• Support the Group Country HR Director in different projects such as sub-project management and company integration
• Perform research projects in different fields of HR, Talent Acquisition (quality, strategy, etc…)
• Manage benchmarking analysis (KPI such as diversity, Onboarding, Integration, Competitivity)
• Cooperate with the German workers council
• Lead and support recruiting projects on a country scale in a very dynamic environment

Your profile

• Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology or similar studies
• Working experience in the field of Human Resources is a plus
• Fluency in German and very good English
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Very good communication skills
• Autonomous and rigorous
