In this context your main activities will include:

Supply Chain Operational Management
Strategic Supplier Development
Accountable & Responsible to introduce new Workpackage (like A350XWB) into selected supplier base (technically, logistically, quality, industrial)
Accountable & Responsible for Supplier Performance (On time delivery, Quality- Performances)
Collecting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Data and creates related Reporting
Support to Concession - Management
Providing support to several projects driven by Supply Chain & Quality and multi-functional teams (MFT)
Providing support to Supplier Quality Improvement projects
Collaborating with Aerostructure Procurement Organization
Working in multidisciplinary and transnational Teams

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

Degree in Engineering
First work experience in Production, Quality Management, Engineering or Project Management
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary Team
Technical Knowledge in composite would be an advantage
Anticipating Suppliers Performance Trends based on KPI´s
Driving Risk- Management Tools and its Mitigation actions
Fluency in English; Good German language skills
