V.I.E. German-Speaking Marketing Assistant (m/f), The Hague

This contract type (VIE) is limited to European Union citizens only.

Talentsoft is recruiting a Marketing Assistant for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Reporting to the International Marketing Manager and based in our The Hague, Netherlands, offices, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing programs for those markets.

Your responsibilities will include the following

• Manage Talentsoft events, such as industry tradeshows and conferences in German-speaking countries. 
• Work with local sales management to maximize sales growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement lead generation programs in collaboration with local sales team (webinar, e-mailing, phoning). 
• Localize and adapt Talentsoft collateral (press release, brochures, in-country website, etc.) for your local markets. 
• Keep an eye on German-language media and social media, work with the digital marketing team to ensure we pick up important signals and that our message gets out there.
• Create blog and social media content.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required: Master degree, MBA or equivalent experience a plus 
• Native-level/Fluent German skills required, good command of English and ideally of another European language.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools. 
• Knowledge of the German business landscape.
• Hands-on, individual contributor
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience working for high growth software or technology company a plus

• VIE contract. First 2 months based in Talentsoft French office (Boulogne, Paris area.) After training, position will be based in The Hague, Netherlands
