Your tasks

• Organization, implementation of experimental studies in the area of electrical connectors on glass, soldering process, material investigation (e.g. of solder joints)
• Statistical analysis and evaluation of generated raw data
• Presentation, documentation and discussion of results
• Design and realization of lab setups for soldering trials and tests
• Manage studies and work packages for R&D projects
• Deepening group’s know-how by studying literature as well as contact to internal an external experts

Your profile

• University degree, preferably with focus on physics, material science, metallurgy (M.Sc./Eng.) or similar
• You enjoy experimental work and have distinctive analytic thinking
• Independent, self-driven and well-structured way of working
• Passionate and motivated team player and good communication skills
• Language skills: Good written and spoken English required, preferably basic knowledge of German
