Training Coordinator (m/f), Luxembourg

Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) acts exclusively in the public interest. Our aim is to protect financial consumers and to promote fairness, transparency and security within the financial sector, one of the main pillars of the Luxembourg economy.

The CSSF is also distinguished by its strong involvement at European and international level. Our staff actively participate in working groups set up by international institutions and work closely with other European authorities, with the shared aim of promoting financial stability at European and international level.

Tasks

• Contribute to identifying needs and participate in the development and implementation of the CSSF's training plan, in line with strategic needs

• Ensure rigorous monitoring of the training budget
• Take charge of the practical organization of training activities (planning, registrations, rooms, tools, etc.)
• Manage and develop relationships with external training providers and CSSF internal trainers, ensuring the educational quality of training programs
• Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes related to training

Profile

• High school diploma (BAC), advanced technician's certificate (BAC+2) or Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, particularly in the field of training
• Fluency in written and spoken French, Luxembourgish, and English. Fluency in German is considered an asset
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude
• Curiosity about teaching, an appetite for digital tools and new forms of learning
• Organizational skills, budgetary discipline, team spirit
