Techdata Assembly & Analyst Engineer (H/F), Toulouse

Tasks

Within the framework of the Airbus Technical Data Operations Support & Services, you will be responsible and accountable to:

Data Assembly of TD Maintenance & Engineering Customized products

• Ensure that Technical Data deliverables are aligned with contractual commitments and respect the production planning.
• Use the high knowledge & expertise on XML/ SGML protocols, structures & rules for the check & validation of TD products to improve the performance of the Technical Data and Customer Service function
• Check and validate data assembly deliveries in accordance with Technical Data Delivery Quality Gates
• Prepare and manage the pre-revision meetings
• Ensure the production & securitization of on-board data including signatures & Part number availability
• Support TD Product Leaders in TD Product validation with the result of Assembly chain outputs, identify all issues related to assembly
• Validate (if applicable) & integrate supplier’s data
• Make sure that stakeholders have up-to-date and accurate information
• Ensure the sub-contracting activities follow-up, control & validation.
• Support Customers and timely reply their queries
• Ensure Tech-Request answering for external & internal AIRBUS customers
• Provide end to end analysis of the major issues with a root cause (authoring, configuration, data assembly issues, etc.)
  
• Determine and implement corrective and preventive actions within the defined timeframe and monitor their effectiveness in collaboration with the concerned Function Managers and Technical Data Quality manager
• Perform authoring and updating actions for Quality documentation, user manuals, and training guides
• Contribute to data assembly vision/strategy/policy
• Ensure problem solving requiring a complex diagnostic phase using different processes, tools, interfaces and customer impacts
• Participate in the tools definition (own perimeter). Perform UAT according to the plan defined and reports/manages defects.
• Participate to TD projects and initiatives impacting Data Assembly and Delivery activities

Data analysis and data mining on all TD products

• Gather and interpret data in order to analyse and solve a specific issue/requirement or to support Airbus community (internal / external) on End-to-End analysis of the TD Products
• Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
• Develop, test and implement the most suitable analytical models to identify meaningful patterns or trends from complex data sets and types
• Implement the analytics pipeline against the business needs
• Analyze and improve regularly the accuracy of models against business needs.
• Communicate findings through effective and easy-to-understand data visualizations adapted to the audience
• Provide support & services to all Tech-Data community in complex and end-to-end analysis
• Contribute to Tech-Data Quality improvement through analysis & data extraction.
• Propose and contribute to innovation & transformation of Tech-Data Ecosystem thru participation to TD Projects

Profile

• Experience in Data management
• Knowledge of Aeronautics and Tech data would be a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with specific database technologies relevant to complex data structures and querying.
• Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts
• Dynamic, Proactive with a Positive mindset
• Good team player and good organizational skills,
• Communication skills and assertiveness,

• Advanced level in French
• Advanced level in English
