Field of activity

• Support of the project management for ADAS predevelopment projects
• Be FCE representative within VW
• Build Intimacy with VW team
• Understand technical needs of Customers
• Vehicle architecture study
• Build demonstration vehicles independently or in cooperation with ADAS team in Japan
• Maintenance of a demonstration vehicle based on existing vehicle actuation logic, data fusion logic and sensor composition
• Prepare, build and maintain Proof of Concept (PoC) in field of ADAS
• Conduct vehicle actuation logic and data fusion logic fine tuning
• Research, define, design and propose above logic for future ADAS systems
• Responsibility about the organization of the workshop equipment
• Define, prepare and execute PoC and demonstration vehicle tests
• RfI/RfQ support, Project management support, specification follow, conformity matrixes

Profile

• Engineer/ Master of Science in electronics, informatics or communications
• Minimum 2 years experience in Automotive
• Experience in development of passenger vehicle actuation logic on top of AD or ADAS ECU
• understanding in software design, programming techniques and algorithms
• Good skills in English and German
• Valid driving license for passenger cars
• Willingness to travel in Europe and worldwide
• Ability to deal with clients in an efficient and friendly manner
• Independent work-style, goal orientation, communicative, team worker

Nice to have :

• Experience in field of C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, dSPACE – RTMaps, Linux
• Experienced as System engineer (actuation system developer) in embedded development for ADAS system at OEM or Tier 1
• Basic knowledge in field of AUTOSAR and ISO26262
