Tasks

• Contributing to produce monthly performance reports
• Contributing to improve and deploy the centralised performance system for the Procurement Operations department and its various commodities, in collaboration with the Quality and Information Systems/IT departments
• Contributing to ongoing projects: managing action plans, performing impact and risk analyses, developing business cases, defining and deploying communication and change management plans, etc.
• Independently managing specific activities
• Identifying new areas of focus for improvement
• Contributing to various forums as required by needs
• This role will involve some travel for business (occasionally within Europe) and, as such, you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

• You have a 3 or 4-year degree in the Procurement/Supply Chain field, specialising or with a keen interest in Digital aspects.
• Extremely proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of data analysis and processing
• Knowledge of project management
• Functional skills: an autonomous nature, ability to adapt, a mind-set for challenges, team spirit
• Negotiation level of English
• Proficient French and/or German would be a plus
