You will master these challenges

• Supporting of quality assurance actions of our services
• Management of new registrations and terminations
• Responsibility for customer inquiries and assistance with regard to the websites by e-mail
• Written communication with our customers

What you bring to the table

• French - Mother tongue level
• Preferable: Studies in economics, media, communications or similar
• Good command of English
• Strong general Internet knowledge
• Confident in taking ownership of tasks
• Previous experience with customers would be an advantage
