Job description

To support our continuous growth, we are looking for Junior Consultants, Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers in each of our offices. Your mission will be:

• For our customers, take over one or more work-package on a mission for all project long; perform analysis to clarify an issue, suggest solutions, document and present the works to project team.
• In parallel of these client missions, monitor Cylad internal actions (present experience feedbacks, present points of view on business issues, participate in the recruitment process, manage and coach junior consultants...).

Profile required

Master education level, you have 3-6 years of professional experience, done totally or partially in a consulting company or in the industrial sector. You ideally know both operational and consulting post.
You are used to consulting techniques in strategy and management: building and monitoring analysis, workshop animation, support documents structuration... You can analyze and synthesize, you like to understand issue roots at stake. You have good interpersonal skill, which makes you accessible at every level in a company.
An excellent command of English will be essential.
