What You’ll Be Responsible For – Your Tasks

• This centrally located store enjoys steady growth and a leading market position.
• Your responsibilities as store manager include:
• Leading a sales team of 3 to 4 employees
• Managing budgets and targets
• Willingness to work 3–4 Saturdays per month (6 day work week)
• Participating in the planning and implementation of sales initiatives, executing sales concepts in the store, and organizing staff schedules
• Providing professional, individual, and friendly customer service
• Handling administrative tasks and basic accounting, conducting inventory
• Preparing and attending fairs

How You’ll Strengthen the Team – Your Skills

• Your background: You have a business-oriented diploma or equivalent experience in retail, and have experience leading teams.
• Your IT skills: You’re comfortable using sales software and can become operational quickly with new digital tools. Experience with Clarity & Success for Jewellers or similar retail software is a plus.
• Your language skills: You speak German and English fluently. Competency in French is a plus.
• Your work style: You’re a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. You invest in your team and lead by example. You also handle administrative tasks independently and with precision.
