The main tasks and responsibilities

  • Controlling and ensuring the completeness and regularity of import/export transactions and trade in goods within the Union.
  • Liaise with the STELIA Aerospace Group Customs Representative.
  • Optimise duties and suspensive arrangements.
  • Ensuring regulatory monitoring.
  • Defining and deploying harmonised processes within the group and all its sites (France, Europe, North Africa, Canada).
  • Assist the operational teams of the various sites.
  • Coordinate the customs referents of the other sites while maintaining the site's customs referent.
  • Represent STELIA Aerospace within the AIRBUS group (working groups, news, special vigilance, reporting...).
  • Ensure the relationship with Customs (audits, various issues, controls...).

Frequent trips to be planned in France and abroad.

Required skills

  • With significant experience in customs and a Master II degree, expertise is required in customs regulations with knowledge of logistics issues within an international group.
  • Knowledge of PRODOUANES, CONEX and SAP tools is required.
  • With strong communication skills, you are a good listener and have a developed synthesis mind.
  • Able to manage your priorities, you know how to be tenacious in order to make progress on the subjects that are incumbent upon you.
  • A level of English (minimum B2) and fluent French is imperative.
