Spare Parts Sales Advisor - Fluent German / French (m/f), Paris Region

What we count on you for – Your missions

As a Spare Parts Sales Advisor for the DACH region, you play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth pre-sales and after-sales service. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Selling and providing remote technical advice for spare parts to customers (end users, repair workshops, fleets) and supporting the European distributor network
  • Identifying the correct part numbers using internal and third-party supplier catalogues
  • Providing price, availability, and shipping information
  • Preparing and following up on quotations
  • Processing customer orders through to invoicing and forwarding documents to accounting
  • Maintaining quality relationships with customers
  • Proposing tailored offers (packages, discounts, promotional operations)
  • Participating in inventories and occasional supplier order handling
  • Actively contributing to the development of inbound sales for parts and accessories
  • Following internal quality procedures

What you bring to the team – Your strengths

  • Your background: You have at least one year of experience in sales within a technical environment and basic knowledge of mechanics.
  • Your language skills: You speak fluent German (C1 minimum) and have a good level of English (B1–B2 minimum). Turkish is a strong asset.
  • Your personality: You have a customer-oriented mindset, good communication skills, and can handle stress well.
  • Experience with ERP systems and/or Dealer Management Systems is a plus.
