Description

Airbus Helicopters in Donauwoerth is looking for a Software Engineer (m/f) SUZ NH90 within the area “System Support Center TIGER/NH90” for the department “SUZ Software NH90”.

Your Tasks

• You will work on the on-board software of the "NH90" transport helicopter and perform SW maintenance for the avionics system computers.
• You will incorporate software modifications and support the qualification of new software releases.
• Furthermore, you will process user requests and carry out SW analyses.
• To develop the required expertise, you will be responsible for the transfer of new software releases from the development department and suppliers to the System Support Centre (SUZ).
• To ensure long-term maintainability of SW, you will continuously identify and implement potential improvements of SW, tools and processes.
• You ensure compliance with the applicable processes and procedures.

Profil

• University degree in information technology or comparable
• NH90 system knowledge desirable
• Experience in software development (embedded software and tools) in the aeronautical field
• Substantial knowledge of programming languages C/C++, Java, Ada 83/95
• Knowledge of operating systems Windows, Unix
• Knowledge of version control systems ClearCase, Subversion
• UML, XML, XSD skills
• Knowledge of the following tools: Eclipse, Topcased, APEX, DUET, ADBS, ODIN, AUTO, Reporting Tool
• Excellent teamwork skills
