Shop Manager Assistant jewellery (m/f) in Anvers / Belgium

Your tasks and responsibilities will include

• Establishing and constantly optimising a motivated sales team and training new staff
• Active customer management
• Responsibility for the boutique: dealing with all operational tasks from organising day-to-day business through to staff scheduling and the implementation of marketing and merchandising concepts and right through to being responsible for cash registers and complying with rules and regulations

Your profile

• Management experience in fashion retail in the jewellery or fashion sector
• The ability to work in a team
• A motivating and self-confident personality
• A strong affinity for sales
• A stylish appearance, positive approach and confident attitude
• An extremely high level of service orientation
• Fluency in French, English and/or Dutch
