Missions

• (Agile) management of central Data & Analytics projects including training and upskilling initiatives
• Proactive, cross-divisional and cross-functional communication with various departments to identify and align needs & challenges in the field of data, reporting and analytics
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
• Formulation and prioritization of requirements in the form of user stories under consideration of data strategy and business impact
• Active support during the implementation phase as well as continuous monitoring of progress
• Further development of agile working methods within the team as well as responsibility for agile tools (Kanban / DevOps) and procedures
• Support the development, expansion, and scaling of our service portfolio as well as the strategic development of the CDAO unit
• Development and implementation of powerful visualization and analytics solutions for various departments in close cooperation with the reporting and analytics teams

Profile

• Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or comparable
• Several years of experience as a product owner, project manager or scrum master in the field of data / analytics
• Practical experience in agile project management (Scrum, Kanban) in a complex, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical thinking as well as the ability to convey technical issues in a target group-oriented manner
• Knowledge of visualization techniques using tools like Power BI, Looker or comparable
• Experience in the field of cloud technology (Google Cloud Platform) and the Microsoft Technology Stack
• Excellent English communication skills (main team language is English, German skills are a plus)
• High degree of customer focus, independence, motivation and hands-on mentality
• Enjoy driving forward own ideas, learning continuously, and sharing knowledge
• Basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Python or R) is a plus
