Senior Demand Planning Manager (m/f/d), Haar bei München

Missions

• Manage the monthly Global Planning System (GPS), incl. presentation to top-management and lead 5 employees in DACH
• Lead the Demand Review (x-functional alignment for the next 18-months rolling forecast) within the monthly Integrated Business Plan
• Deliver accurate short-/midand long-term forecasts for key customers, brands and innovations
• Optimize the existing GPS process & tools, as well as crisis/shortage management
• Understand business and demand levers leading the S&OP process to manage ad-hoc requests and drive actions
• Closely cooperate with the other departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance) for strategic projects and supply chain interaction
• Start is as of now (2022) limited for 18 months in Frankfurt a. Main, Haar near Munich.

Profile

• University degree in engineering, business administration, logistics or in a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain / Supply Planning / Finance / Controlling / Purchasing
• Strong ownership, project management and high level of self-motivation
• Excellent analytical skills as well as ability to simplify complex content for stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus
