Tasks & Responsibilities

• Managing client related tasks around withholding taxes and German capital gain taxes
• Generating tax documentation for clients
• Correctly delivering tax forms to the /Global Custody Hub
• Being point of contact for internal and external partner/ clients on tax related questions
• Clarifying tax-related issues with clients and Global Custody Hub
• Monitoring and follow-up of tax documentation
• Identifying relevant tax changes
• Maintaining of tax documents for clients safekeeping accounts
• Collecting data for KPI & KRI-Management and preparing team performance statistics
• Ensuring the implementation of Operational Risk Management procedures and tools in daily business and provide full support to Risk Management, ORC, OPC, Compliance and Audit control initiatives

Profile

• Bank education, bachelor’s or master’s degree or any equivalent education
• Good knowledge within the securities services business, especially in the area of Tax services for institutional clients and investors
• Knowledge of operational set-ups of BP2S clients
• Profound knowledge of BP2S and external systems
• Sound knowledge of PC Applications (standard software Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Client focused and result-driven working style
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate within the own team and across other teams
• Strong communication und organizational skills
• Full professional fluency in German and English (German knowledge is desired, but not required)
