Sales Representative (M/F) Financial market area, Frankfurt / London / Paris

Our client is a leading provider of order management and transactional connectivity solutions for the financial markets having expended its products to the world market key financial actors like HSBC, JP Morgan, NewEdge and State Street. Our client has strategic offices in New-York, London, Paris, Hong-Kong, Japan and Sao Paulo.

Your role

The Sales Team is looking for a new German speaking Business Sales Representative. Under the supervision of the Sales Director, your role will involve handling and developing a portfolio of clients based in Europe. You will be required to:

• Create and execute a sales plan
• Deliver monthly & annual sales targets and objectives;
• Manage an existing sales pipeline to fruition;
• Provide regular and timely reports to management on all sales activity;
• Provide market feedback to the marketing & product management teams;
• Acquire and maintain a high level of product and market knowledge.

Your profile

• You have at least three years of direct sales experience, preferably within the e-trading solutions and a prior experience calling on buy-side and sell side institutions.
• You have proven track record of independently developing new business in German speaking countries and you are able to manage multiple client relationships successfully.
• A good overall knowledge of the financial markets industry, including equities and futures and options, and experience of selling order management, order routing, algorithmic trading, connectivity, risk solutions would lead you to achieve your aims.
• You have also excellent sales abilities, client-facing and strong communication skills (written and verbal). You must be very driven and able to work independently.
• You must be fluent in German and English. French would be appreciated.

The position is to start as soon as possible and is based in Frankfurt/Main, London or Paris.
