Sales Manager B2B - Innovative Sustainability Projects - German (m/f/d), Berlin
Thanks to your close collaboration with the Country Manager and the Project Manager, you will develop and manage a B2B customer portfolio across various industries. Your fluency in German and English, along with your strong interest in environmental protection, will enable you to drive sustainable business growth.

What we count on you for - Your mission
- Development and management of a B2B customer portfolio across various industries.
- Conduct market analysis and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth in Germany.
- Identification and engagement with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead of the full sales process independently (prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, closing) with customized offers in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients and partners.
- Contribution to the company’s strategy and development.
- Market and customer proximity: This position involves approximately 10 travel days per quarter (trade fairs, site visits, occasional customer meetings, and project visits).
Why we want you on our team - your strengths
- Your background: You have a university degree in a relevant field (Business, International Business, Environmental Science, etc.) and have at least one year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Your language skills: You are fluent in German and English. French or Danish is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and nature: You have a strong interest in sustainable development topics.
- You have a good familiarity with sales and communication tools (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.).
- Personal qualities: You are outgoing, proactive, dynamic, curious, and possess strong communication skills.
- Work ethic: You are structured, results-driven, and highly motivated.
