Unicorn Tea Infuser, Vinyl Coasters or the running Alarm Clock – all these cool articles are distributed by us. Specialist trades, online shops as well as renowned chain stores rank among our customers. We are a small extraordinary team of 15 people and we are everything – except cookie-cutters.

Job Description

• Active customer service for our international trade partners
• Order entry as well as complaints processing
• Maintenance and development of our customer contacts, mainly via e-mail (up to 90 %)
• Implementation of sales promotions and generation of additional business
• Occasional participation in international business shows in Europe
• Translation of sales documents into English and French
• As a member of our sales team your opinion is important to us. You will support with the selection of products as well as with the assortment compilation.

Requirements

• A successfully completed commercial training or similar qualifications
• Business fluent knowledge of spoken and written English and French
• Selling and communication skills and the ability to enjoy our cool products
• Profound knowledge of MS Office
• Distinct team spirit and diligent functioning
• A positive attitude and enjoying working with nice colleagues and customers
