Revenue Management Solutions (RMS)
Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) has been successfully providing revenue management advice since 1994. We work with the world's leading chains in both hospitality and retail from our offices in Tampa, Paris, Singapore, and Tokyo. We manage revenue by projecting retail prices that yield optimal gross profit.
Position summary
This position requires very strong analytical, presentation and technical writing skills as well as strong proficiency with databases, statistics and finance. The individual must have a strong knowledge of the hospitality, food service or retail industry and worked in a client service environment before.
Responsabilities
- Organize, update and maintain all aspects of RMS management information systems necessary during the course of complete client servicing, including the upkeep of all data and software applications.
- Maintain regular communication with clients during all phases of analysis.
- Provide preliminary data analysis and finalize all material for formal reports.
- Work with Senior Consultant on reports, presentations and analysis.
- Present research findings and reports to clients.
- Provide ongoing analytical services and data maintenance to clients.
- Lead and manage a team of senior analysts and analysts ensuring client deliverables are met.
- Write, review and approve RMS performance standards to the standards of RMS.
- Train associates using RMS performance standards.

Skills
- Very strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in the use of a range of management information systems including Excel, Powerpoint in Microsoft Office and SQL.- An aptitude for remaining current in this field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- A work ethic that accommodates irregular and sometimes extended work hours
- A strong knowledge of the dynamics of the marketing and operational aspects of the hospitality, food service and/or retail industries.
- Able to manage a team of other people.
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable interacting with all levels of client personnel
- Exceptional time management and organization skills to successfully manage multiple deadlines and service several clients at once
- Multiple languages are required; fluent in English; German and French beneficial.
- Ability to travel.
Education and experience
- Masters degree required.
- Minimum of five years of hospitality or retail experience preferred.
- Three years experience in consulting services at least
Evaluation & Compensation
- Performance evaluation is conducted semiannually.
- Salary review is done annually in January.
