Tasks

  • Ensure Retrofit negotiations outcome are in line with Program Support (SBx) decisions
  • Establish and update a Retrofit negotiation action plan for each Retrofit (including negotiation strategy, budget, Target Must Cost, lead-time, …)
  • Lead commercial negotiation on Retrofit scope and/or Coordinate Procurement negotiation with supplier for each Retrofit, establish Contract and secure signature
  • Define with x-programme support organization after-market strategy for complex projects on Avionics sub-commodities
  • Contribute to Airbus cost savings & continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to Customer satisfaction and Safety Beyond Standards objectives
  • Produce appropriate reporting and briefings for Management decisions
  • Place orders to Suppliers and administer related commercial contracts
  • Monitor contracts adjustment and manage recovery programs with suppliers during retrofit execution
  • Negotiate RSA (Retrofit Support Agreement) with bidders during CFT

Profile

  • 5-year degree level in Engineering or Business school
  • Experience in Engineering, Program Support, Procurement operations or Customer Support with efficient project management
  • Awareness on contracts with Airlines is a plus
  • Good influencing and communication skills / stakeholder management skills
  • High level of autonomy & rigor
  • Customer & goal oriented
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements
  • Good technical understanding / curiosity for aircraft systems is a plus
  • Problem solving skills
  • Team spirit/ team player
  • English Negotiation level required
