To lead its expansion in Germany for fall 2025, we’re now hiring a driven professional to direct all future store openings on the German-speaking market, as:

What we count on you for – Your mission

• You will lead the commercial development of the brand in Germany, from market analysis to team supervision, in direct collaboration with the CEO.
• You implement the go-to-market strategy for Germany, with the goal of building and expanding a strong retail network
• You analyze the market and plan the opening of at least three stores in the near future, two of which already have their confirmed locations. Your success builds the basis for the future expansion throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• You recruit, coach, and supervise local sales teams (2 staff members per store report to you)
• You plan commercial campaigns and sales concepts, define objectives, and monitor performance
• You organize your business trips to Germany as needed
• You ensure seamless coordination between local stores and the Paris HQ (supervise translations, offers, reporting)

• You are fluent in German and French (C1+), English is a plus
