Project Manager: Energy transition Services (m/f/n), Esch-sur-Alzette

Encevo S.A. is the holding company that leads the Encevo Group. Encevo defines the group strategy as well as governance and ensures financing for all group entities with a view to guarantee the sustainable development of the whole group. Encevo also provides, through its skilled and experienced staff of over 160 employees, various support services to group entities, including finance, treasury management, accounting, legal, human resources, facility management, internal audit, risk management and insurance. The purpose thereof is to create synergies and increase overall efficiency and effectiveness throughout the group. Further, the role of Encevo is to position the group in relation to its stakeholders (employees, shareholders, government, customers, suppliers, investors, partners, media …).

Your tasks

As part of our cross-functional team, you'll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions that accelerate the energy transition. Your key roles will be:

• You monitor and analyse emerging trends and developments in the energy market to identify new business opportunities
• You support the development of cutting-edge products and services in the field of energy transition (photovoltaics, electromobility, energy efficiency, energy management, etc.) – with exposure to different markets and operational models across our Group
• You contribute to build technical, , and financial frameworks, including the preparation of business cases to support product deployment and long-term growth
• You actively collaborate with all Group companies to develop and implement new products and gain hands-on experience with international and cross-functional initiatives
• You effectively identify, evaluate and set-up external partnerships throughout the energy value chain to build smart alliances
• You support the operational implementation of products – customer interfaces, billing processes, and more – working directly with local business units
• You analyse performance and sales data for new products, helping steer strategic decisions with real-time insights
• You drive the product evolution through constant feedback loops, market analysis, and customer insights to stay ahead of the curve
• You prepare insightful reports and presentations that guide our management and help shape the future direction of our energy transition initiatives

Your profile

• You have a master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Engineering
• You have maximum 5 years of work experience in a similar function
• You show a high level of initiative, engagement, and proactivity regarding project management
• You have strong analytical mindset, combined with an autonomous and organized work attitude
• You are a result and team-oriented player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French and German (Luxembourgish is an asset)
• A strong interest in the Energy sector will be considered as an asset
