Your Tasks

  • Lead Generation & Sales Support: Assist in identifying and engaging potential customers to drive sales.
  • Customer Consultation: Provide tailored recommendations, highlighting the benefits of our premium pergolas and accessories.
  • Order Coordination: Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products, such as accessories or maintenance services.
  • Competitor & Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies.
  • Event & Exhibition Assistance: Help prepare for and attend sales events to showcase our products and engage with customers.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain lead records in the CRM and assist in analyzing sales performance to improve strategies.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Preferably experienced in selling high-value products (e.g., luxury goods, real estate, premium services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1).
