Task & accountabilities

As a Digital Solution Product Manager, and within SAFe framework your mission involves:

  • Understanding customer/users’ needs and validate solutions
  • Building an effective Product Management team (teaming with Portfolio Managers, other Product Managers, Product Owners)
  • Working with System Architect/Engineering
  • Building an efficient and lean collaboration with Trains key actors
  • Managing and prioritizing the flow of work
  • Actively contributing to PI planning
  • Participating in demos and Inspect and Adapt (I&A)
  • Ensuring delivery and performance (P&L and contractual service level commitments) of services in close relationship with internal/external partners and customers
  • Managing the development and provision of solutions to achieve Customers satisfaction
  • Handling control and performances for the delivery of Solutions to Customers to contract, on cost, time and quality
  • Managing relationship and services' solutions developments with subsidiaries and partners,
  • Working in multidisciplinary team, you're an open-minded leader and trustworthy team player committed to deliver the right product/function in due time.

This role will involve some travel for business worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge/ ability & willingness to learn rapidly on Customer-relationship Management, Contract lifecycle management, e-commerce & marketplaces, Technical queries management
  • Experience and efficiency in stakeholder management
  • Capability and willingness to work efficiently within a team, understanding customers/ user's needs, operational and technical constraints
  • Ability to lead with strong time and quality pressure
  • Ability to learn and work easily on different subjects with numerous actors
  • Natural leadership and strong team spirit
  • Excellent moderating skills
  • Outstanding communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of SAFe methodology is a plus
  • Experience within an Airline environment is a significant plus
  • Languages: English Negotiation Level, French Intermediate Level.
