Product Change Manager (m/f/d), Fulda

Mission

• Ensure that product transformation processes are constantly under control and in line with factory performance targets
• Ensure that new product introduction/product changes are done according to best practices and standards of Specialized Nutrition
• Develop/maintains internal standard operating procedures accordingly
• Actively supports Production/Quality/Performance departments with continuous improvement efforts, by initiating and/or contributing to local projects to improve SQCDME performances, in collaboration with other functions (local or global)
• Partner of OP and R&I for new products developments and projects execution
• Coordination of industrial trials starting from system set-up to industrial execution and final reporting

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in nutrition or health industry
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Food Processing or equivalent
• Project Management skills in a Supply Point Environment
• Understanding and ability to endorse and drive Quality & Food Safety, Safety and Nature standards on site
• Autonomous and organization capability
• Technological Understanding of IMF production
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
