Tasks & Responsibilities

• Supporting the team in delivering the service, which is described in the Service Level Description or Service Level Agreement
• Creating Market Account Openings for external accounts at Clearstream and other local exchanges
• Ensuring that the connectivity between external accounts and internal systems is correctly established for new and current setups
• Increasing the effectiveness and the quality of processes
• Acquiring a comprehensive knowledge in regards to Local Settlement and Security Services
• Collecting and inserting data for KPI team performance statistics

Profile

• Studies of economics or comparable academic education
• Experience within the Banking Environment
• Well-structured working organization with a good time management
• Ability to collaborate and willingness to work in a team
• Good communication skills
• High openness to take early responsibility by results driven & client focused working attitude
• Good Knowledge of MS Office
• Very good oral & written communication skills in German & English (C1 Level)
