Description

The role of the Plant Controller is to manage the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance and competitiveness. The main missions of the role are to:

• Ensure compliance to all financial procedures
• Provide reliable financial/controlling information’s in close relationship with other operational and support functions
• For new programs participate in Business Plan validation, and ensure consistency with plant financial information
• Act as a business partner toward the plant management, and provide recommandation to the management
• Ensure the management and development of the controlling team

Qualifications

• Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or master’s degree in finance
• 3 to 10 years of professional experience, according to the size and complexity of the site, including a first controlling experience at plant level
• Familiarity with industrial Information Systems and Flows
• Good accounting knowledge
• Business minded and strong teamwork
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
