Your Role and Responsibilities

• Hitachi Zosen Inova France is looking for an Operations Manager to run the biogas activities focused on Plant construction as well as Service and Maintenance activities in France.
• The ideal candidate for this role will be able to provide leadership, direction and supervision to operating personnel in order to improve operations and streamline workflow.
• You will be highly organised, able to plan, synchronise and meet deadlines - all while using your strong supervisory and delegating skills to ensure quality results are exceeded.
• The role of Operations Manager will report to the Managing Director and will have full responsibility for setting up the appropriate processes and resources in order to fulfil the contractual obligations towards customers.

Your Experiences and Knowledge

• Mechanical or Electrical engineer
• Expertise in trouble shooting of operational equipment
• Knowledge of renewable energy sector preferred
• Able to report data online and analyse built-in ERP system performance to draw up reports (SAP)
• Understanding of environmental permitting and implementation of deriving constraints
• Fluent in English and preferably German
