Your new responsibilities

  • Define, organize and execute workshops or surveys to gather customer insights. Together with the Product Manager, with other Marketing Managers in the team and with our regions, you design methods (e.g. workshops, surveys) to gather insights on use cases for a new product, on customer value, on what are the key components of the customer’s user experience
  • Challenge and influence product development for a greater user experience. Acting as the voice of the market, actively involved in the development team of new products and solutions, you represent the marketing department. To maximize customer value, to create a great customer experience and develop a unique selling proposal are your missions
  • Define the marketing concept for the launch of new HVAC field devices and cloud-based services. Leveraging the customer insights gathered and your analysis of the market landscape, you define how a new offering is brought to the market, to which users and with which compelling arguments

Your skills and experience

  • You are at home in the B2B Marketing for industrial goods, any experience within the HVAC field is welcome but not necessary
  • With around 5 to 10 years of experience, you have the right skillset to drive your topics internally and take the lead during customer meetings, but you are also in a spot where you want to further develop both your competence and career
  • A track record of intense customer contact in your current or previous jobs is what we are looking for. You are highly customer focused, and possess a strong desire to discover and understand how others think
  • Navigating into large organizations to get things done, aligning with all stakeholders to get traction: not an issue for you
  • Business fluency in English is a must, German language skills or another main language as a nice to have
