Main responsibilities and missions

Manufacturing and Industrialization:

  • Development of pilot line for Fuel Cell stack, Fuel Cell Tank and Battery Pack to be able to support first prototypes / fleet of vehicles.
  • Preparation of industrial production line to prepare next step (higher volume)

People and knowledge Management:

  • Development of process expertise needed to develop and optimize the different processes.
  • Management of process experts and pilot line leaders.

Finance and Quality:

  • Participation to the roadmap to reduce drastically the cycle time and manufacturing cost on Fuel Cell stack and tank.
  • Definition of KCC, control plan for each process step.
  • Homologation of our process definition

Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineer / Master level
  • 10 years in assembly process for automotive application with experience in development and production.
  • Quality background. Implementation of Key process characteristics, control plan.
  • Management of safety parts
  • People Management (from 20 to 100 people)
  • Innovative mindset open to new technologies, curious
  • International Mindset
  • Team work
  • English speaker is mandatory
