Manager Operational Tools & Data (m/f), Marignane

Tasks

You will be responsible for:

• Managing Operational Tool Projects as Business Project Leader from the start until delivery and measurement of the success
• Managing EBP Communication and Customer Relationship in Run Mode and Projects and maintain customer relationships for a defined group of customers
• Manage EBP Run Mode and Acceptance Test for all EBP projects
• You will report to the Head of EGP Operational Tools and cooperate with an international pan-EADS team.
• You also interface with EGP commodities and a large number of stakeolders (Procurement Methods and Tools organisation, IT, subcontractors, Finance and Quality department,etc)

Profile

You have a 4 years degree in IT/ Procurement/Business Management or ideally in Project Management ideally and you prove an experience from 5 to 10 years in a similar position.

You have a strong experience in:

• Procurement or Supply Chain
• Project Management
• in information systems management (experience with SAP / SRM deployment or improvement projects appreciated)
• Change management (process and tool implementation projects)

An experience in Project Management of at least 3/5 year is a must. An experience in procurement is also an asset.

• You have a good control of Excel (KPIs, tables, graphs..), MS Project, PowerPoint.
• You are autonomous, rigorous and have a good ability to work within transnational, intercultural and complex transversal environment. You are customer and business oriented.

A Negotiation level in English as well as in French are required for this position. Another European language is appreciated (German or Spanish)
