As a key member of Penumbra’s legal and tendering team, you will support a growing and dynamic company that develops ground-breaking technology to further its mission of saving patients’ lives. You will work closely with the company’s lawyers, legal and pricing specialists as part of a closely-knit team, while partnering with external departments essential to the company’s operations.

What You'll Work On

  • Supported by senior team members, prepare tender submissions mainly in France and other French-speaking areas.
  • Draft, edit and review international legal documents (e.g. standard contracts and price offers) in French and English language.
  • Work closely with the pricing, marketing and sales teams to determine key contract and tender terms.
  • Continuously optimize processes in close cooperation with the other team members.
  • Address inquiries from our European and non-European customers as well as from employees of other specialist departments.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree (Law, Economics, Administration) or professional training in a similar area, ideally with first professional experience.
  • Fluency in English and French, ideally also in German.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Experience with document management systems.
  • A structured, scientific and analytical way of working.
