Job Description

Within VM Stellantis team as Lead Acquisition manager your missions will be the following:

• Strategy-Coach for Acquisition Managers in the customer team
• Define and follow-up global customer specific acquisition calendar incl. agile staffing (pull) and risk management
• Define and roll-out cross-functional customer team acquisition standards
• globally
• Secure proper execution of Acquisition Strategy tools and Standards throughout customer team worldwide.
• Ensure and provide best practice exchange incl. win & loss analysis with other accounts (knowledge sharing)
• Ensure global contribution of customer team to acquisition targets (Acquisition Target, Acquisition Profit)
• Lead price negotiations for acquisitions
• Conduct performance evaluation of Acquisition Manager after Acquisition
• Flex Team Manager
• Ensure proper handover from Acquisition Managers to Project Manager

Qualifications

• You already managed at least 2 large/complex sized acquisitions (Category B –Acquisitions)
• You are customer oriented and have negotiation skills
• Your are able to coach associate
