Key Account Supply Chain Manager (m/w), Haar

Your Mission

• Initiate win-win-projects with major Customers on areas of Operational Excellence, Food Waste and On-Shelf availability etc.
• Define, share and use a common dashboard with the Customers to improve relevant KPIs
• Key partner to Danone’s Sales
• Daily Order management
• Analyze the full P&L per customer
• Analyze Customer Service Level and other relevant KPIs and propose corrective actions
• Analyze and provide feedback to performance penalties
• Achieve and animate KPIs within Supply Chain team and Business
• Represent Danone on external platforms, conferences, workshops to foster collaboration between different actors along Total Supply Chain, be up-to-date about trends, and build a powerful local network
• Maintain Customer database, contacts, conditions

Your Profile

• University degree with 3 – 5 years relevant working experience related to Supply Chain or working experience as Key Account Manager with operational (SCM) background
• Fluently in English and German spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Excel/Powerpoint (MS Access knowledge would be an advantage)
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Very good communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
• Able to develop trustworthy relationships
• Able to work individually in a complex environment
• Be able to drive change/improvements.
