Your Mission

• Acting as internal engagement driver for Dairy DACH through internal communication channels by making best use of internal digital & social platforms to foster the Danone culture
• Manage Wise (Work in a safe environment) projects and initiatives as HR single point of contact for the Dairy HQ & sales force population by focusing on wellbeing@work
• Manage the onboarding cycle for all new Danone employees with a focus on enhancing the process for new team leaders
• Strong collaboration with HR Business Partners (HR BP) for learning & development as well as organizational and change actions
• Organize and co-build company events, leadership meetings and other team meetings with focus on inspiration and engagement of participants
• Own and drive special HR projects with impact on business and organization
• Be part of an and actively collaborate with a cross-country HR BP Team (DACH and Italy)

Your Profil

• University degree with focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines
• First practical work experience
• Great Teamplayer with strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive and pragmatic-oriented approach combined with can-do attitude
• Energetic, outgoing and positive personality
• Ability to work in a flexible and agile environment
• Fluent in German and English
• Motivation to grow in a multicultural environment
