Your Mission

• Drive financial awareness across the organization to support profitable and sustainable growth
• Embrace digital transformation of Finance with innovative and value-adding reporting tools and planning models
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to shape the company's innovation roadmap and investment strategy
• Play an active role in forecasting and executing month-end and year-end closing processes, managing the Marketing accruals in close cooperation with Marketing and Accounting
• Timely and accurately monitor and control the monthly results along with explanatory comments of the performance

Your Profile

• University degree in business informatic/sciences or economics and a focus on finance/controlling
• Relevant internships and/or initial work experience in finance/controlling, preferred in a FMCG environment
• Very good German and English language skills
• Good skills in MS-Office including PowerQuery and PowerBI
• Excellent data management skills with a strong analytical mindset
• Accurate and organized, proactive problem solver and intellectually curious
• Effective communicator incorporating strong listening and questioning skills
• Team oriented, highly collaborative, and able to build cross-functional relationships
