IT Project Manager

who will directly report to the CTO

Missions

• Manage global IT project portfolio of the group
• Plan, create and manage software development projects
• Coordinate the development and project teams
• Provide transparency on project statutes and ensure meeting deadlines
• Provide project related estimates
• Initiate, monitor and follow-up on design and development of new features
• Organize and orchestrate project meetings
• Manage the releases
• Create project documentation and project reports
• Participate in technical and software architecture planning
• Keep up with new tech in terms of Web and Mobile Development
• Keep up with modern Project management tools and Agile methodologies
• Act as an Agile coach
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Give and receive feedback
• Work in a multicultural environment with teams in multiple geographical locations
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Profile

• 5+ years of relevant IT Project Management or equivalent experience in an agile/SCRUM environment
• Leadership, strong communication and project management skills, time management and problem solving skills
• Proven track record of successful project deliveries in fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Outstanding attitude and professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Technical skills and background in E-commerce is an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and oral), German and French or another language is considered an advantage
