What we count on you for - Your mission

• Mastering digital technologies within the company: You will be proficient in the company’s digital technologies, software, and information systems. You will be able to understand the challenges of cybersecurity and data protection.
• Structuring the IT service: Under the supervision of the Head of Digital Transformation, based in France, you will ensure and optimize the smooth functioning of the company’s entire IT infrastructure (Germany and France) as an IT generalist. In other words, you will act as a bridge between the French and German IT teams.
• Managing information systems for Germany in collaboration with the French team: You will be responsible for business processes, applications, systems, and networks.
• Utilizing a diverse technological environment: You will work with open-source web applications, BI (PowerBI, QlikSense), databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), and data flows (Talend, Opcon, Mulesoft).
• Contributing to the company’s digital strategy: You will assist in the development of the company's digital roadmap.
• Project management in collaboration with the French and German teams as well as external service providers.
• The ERP system will be implemented company-wide in 2025, and the IT-Manager will play a key role as the main contact for coordinating related projects.

• Degree in Computer Science (IT specialist or equivalent qualification).
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Required personal qualities: high flexibility, team spirit, adaptability, commitment, the ability to work and communicate effortlessly in a multicultural environment (mainly Germany/France), attention to detail, and a methodical approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and planning software.
• Fluent English skills (C1 level, both written and spoken). English is the company language.
• Fluent German skills (C1 level).
• French language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work in an unstructured work environment.
