Tasks & Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of the BNPP IT Governance framework in the IT Production Security department.
• Maintenance of the procedure repository and support the creation of procedures or the transfer of local procedure in entities into transversal versions
• Answering Audit requests and support the delivery to Audit recommendations in the IT Governance area
• Collecting evidence for the Global Control Campaigns
• Maintaining the IT Production Security Service Catalogue
• Monitoring SLA’s and inform about deviations
• Monitoring IT Production metrics

Profile

• Degree in IT or related subject and/or equivalent vocational training/work experience
• Knowledge of the principles of Information security and security standards for information systems
• Strong expertise in current Security technologies, IT-Governance and compliance
• Experience conducting internal and external audits
• Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance tools
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR
• Experience in designing and implementing internal controls and risk mitigation strategies
• Ability to assess and enhance organizational policies, procedure and security controls
• Strong technical skills (particularly in IT and IT security) with demonstrated experience in technical writing
• Good organization and coordination competences, including the preparation of detailed plans
• Fluent in German and English
