Internship Controlling Integrated Functions (m/f), Paris

Astrium (Paris) is looking for an intern for a 6 to 12-month internship (Gap Year).

Controlling and reporting of Astrium's Integrated Functions is provided by a multi-location team and network spread over France, Germany and the United Kingdom. You will assist the financial controllers in charge of corporate functions and information management and support the overall team.

This internship will start on 28th January 2013 (subject to a certain flexibility).

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of high-quality reports for the functional directors and for the Finance directorate
• Preparation of yearly Forecast, actuals reports and 5-year Operative Planning
• Information Management project controlling and budget follow-up
• Process improvement initiatives
• Participation in day-to-day activities of great diversity.

Profile

• You are in the 1st year of a Master's degree or in the 2nd year of a management school, specialising in Finance / Controlling.
• You have knowledge in MS Office (in particular Excel & Power Point).
• Knowledge of SAP and BW would be an advantage.
• You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• English: Fluent / Negotiation level.
• A good level of German would be an asset.
