For our client an e-commerce company we look for an:

Inside Sales Consultant for the German market, The Netherlands

As a sales person you will work with daily contact by phone and e-mail to your contact members. You will be responsible for the German network. 
Your main focus will be to convince the members, to start using our so called Marketplace. Marketplace is there to provide support to all our members where they can do all their shopping at the store, everything they could possibly need. 
You will be working with the CRM system as a base to build your clientele. 
In your work is ongoing administrative work such as documentation, create and follow up orders.

Qualifications

• background in service and a great adaptability for all types of individuals. 
• You should have worked with any kind of inside sales before. 
• You need to think it's fun and challenging to take the dialogue and keep your communication over the phone and email with members. 
• You need to be target minded and be able to easily structure your day to succeed with your goals. 
• You should not be afraid of a changing world that is constantly evolving and driven forward. 
• Working after deadlines is nothing that stresses you. 
• Patience will be a key to success in this role, as you will encounter many members who are not particularly well-versed in the technical world, ecommerce tools and the marketplace. 
• Your mother language has to be German and you need to be fluent in English in speech and writing to meet the requirements to cope with the role.
