Tasks
- Monitor and manage supplier performance against key indicators (On-Time Delivery, Quality).
- Act as the primary interface between internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement) and suppliers to resolve operational issues.
- Lead root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for supplier non-conformances.
- Participate in supplier audits and contribute to the selection and qualification process of new suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supplier base to enhance quality and efficiency.
Profile
- Master degree in Business School, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical expertise in relevant tools, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., aerospace quality standards, project management methodologies).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
