Job Description

Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IM Product & Project Manager (f/m) based in Marignane, France.

The position will encompass the leadership of diverse projects in the context of digital industrial solutions - while running, maintaining and evolving such solutions for our industrial customers.

Driving our digital factories into new ages, enabling new digital means, while managing and aligning business requirements with enterprise architecture and cyber security standards will be one exciting journey within the mission.

Even equally key, and also part of the mission, will be the execution (the "RUN" part) of all deployed industrial applications, including the set-up of a sustaining and robust infrastructure for soft & hardware solutions, to guarantee 24/7 performance and to organize budget and resources accordingly.

Your challenges

You will contribute to the following main activities:

  • Lead and drive international projects in the context of digitalisation, pioneering the future

  • RUN, maintain and evolve IM Business Solutions for AH Industry while managing budget, resources and tool performance

  • Improve maturity, security and robustness of industrial architectures, hosting our divers soft- and hardware tools & devices within AH Industry

  • Requirements management and arbitration (Customers-, Cyber-, Enterprise Architecture-, Strategic-, etc.)

  • Lead internal and external project teams

  • Manage stakeholders to ensures effective use of time, budget and quality

  • Ensure close colaboration across all roles & functions in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations

  • Manage customers/business relations

  • Anticipation of risks and opportunities

  • Simplify wherever possible

  • This role will require business trips

Your profile

Experience, Methods & Tools

  • 5 years of experience in IT or industrial context

  • Industrial processes knowledge

  • Experience in digital capabilities, new means and tools (IIoT, AR/MR, AI, etc.)

  • AGILE/SCRUM qualified

  • Practical Problem Solving

  • Leadership experience in a multicultural environment

Technical competences & knowledge

  • Design and conception of Industrial tools & applications,

  • IT development skills (ideally: IoT, PTC THINGWORX, Amazon Web Services, OPC, etc.)

  • JAVA, SQL, ANGULAR,

  • International Environment

Soft skills

  • Creative, but collaborative ways of working

  • Work in a multi discipline and international environment

  • Keen of new digital technologies

  • Determination

  • Leadership

Languages

  • French: mother tongue or fluent

  • English: fluent

  • German: nice to have
