The role of the "Manager ICS Security" is to develop concepts that ensure and advance the security of Industrial Control Systems (ICS). Against the background of the growing integration of these systems into the global IT landscape, for example due to Enterprise 4.0 (Digital Enterprise), the protection of these systems and its associated critical processes (eg production control and quality assurance) is a new, substantial and global challenge in the field of IT security.
In your function you report directly to the Cyber Security Director.

MISSIONS

• Creation of specifications and designs for security architectures in the area of ICS Security in collaboration with other teams (IT & Manufacturing Engineering)
• Integration of the defined solutions / architectures for ICS into existing security solutions and processes (in particular SIEM & SOC)
• Definition of necessary alert-, escalationand recovery processes anticipating security-relevant incidents in the ICS area
• Definition of appropriate key indicators and ensuring the monthly reporting of the actual situation and the positive development of security in the area of ICS
• Tracking of security-relevant contractual requirements and their technical implementation for new ICS solutions
• Creation of architecture documents and support of the ICS Design Reviews
• Creation of concepts (ICS Security, ICS Cyber Defense)
• Performance of vulnerabilityand risk analyzes
• Establish an efficient, globally operating ICS Security team

Qualifications

• A successfully completed degree (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) in the field of informatics or electrical engineering is required; specialization in ICS and / or IT-Security is desirable
• 5+ years of professional experience in the area of IT or information security required, demonstrable experience in the design of complex IT infrastructures for global standards desirable
• Experience and knowledge in ICS / SCADA, in particular the market, technological requirements and the relevant stakeholders
• Team leadership (functional & multi-disciplinary)
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• Strong ability to work as a team (ICS systems do not belong to the field of information technology at Faurecia today)
• Customer-oriented operation and proper understanding of operator and user requirements and needs
• Proficient in English language; skills in French / German languages would be an asset
• Autodidactic skills
• Personal resilience (stress resistance)
• Willingness for regular business travels, also intercontinental, is assumed.
