HR Generalist (m/f/d) – focus on training

Located in Bissen / Luxembourg

Your responsibilities

• Assessing training needs, identifying skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Managing the training process from A to Z: Developing and organizing internal and external training sessions, gathering feedback
• Handling HR administration tasks as e.g. completing annual report, maintaining employees’ and training data in SAP
• Supporting recruitment activities as e.g. application management, job fair participation and student hiring
• Being the first point of contact for employees on HR related topics
• Coordinating and participation in special HR projects

Your Profile

• An academic degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, People Development, or equivalent relevant studies
• At least 3 years’ experience in HR or a related function, preferably with practical experience in training management
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP would be an advantage
• Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Open-minded, dynamic, and proactive attitude
• Fluency in English is mandatory, German and/ or French are considered strong assets
