Mission

• Provide administrative support for all HR Operations work streams.
• Generate and deliver Sickness and Injury reports to Site Managers.
• Assist in HR Projects (EOS, MyHR) administration.
• Prepare contracts and starter packs for Country Head Office functions.
• Manage New Hire Administration, including CSCS attendance, DHL Contracts information, and medical checks.

Key Accountabilities:

• Respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring data accuracy.
• Deliver friendly and effective service to employees and managers.
• Support HR policies and processes, providing first-line advice.
• Maintain communication with external providers (payroll, health & safety, etc.).
• Collaborate with Business HR on employee onboarding and contract amendments.

Profile

• Provide HR process advice and support for local employees and managers.
• Coordinate with Centers of Excellence for HR solutions (training, compensation, reporting).
• Execute daily administrative tasks while adhering to key HR concepts and policies.
• Use HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and ensure data accuracy in all transactions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in administration or entry-level HR role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of labor law is desirable.
• Experience in a multicultural, multinational environment is a plus.

Education:

• Graduate degree qualification (desirable).
• HR certification (desirable).
